SMS Terms of Service
Program description: Ryan's Hearing Center sends text messages to patients and customers who opt in, including appointment reminders and confirmations, follow-up and care instructions, and replies to questions you send us.
How you opt in: You may opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts on our intake forms, through our online booking, in our office, or by texting us first.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointments and communication with us.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opt out: You can cancel at any time. Text STOP to the number you received messages from. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no further messages. To rejoin, text START.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
